A: Yes. You will always see a clear and transparent price breakdown before making your payment.

A: Once you join a group purchase, your money is locked for up to 30 days or until the MOQ is reached — whichever happens first.

Q: Can I cancel early?

A: You may cancel anytime before the group is finalized or the MOQ is reached, as long as your payment hasn't been confirmed for execution.
